Hi there—I’m Derrick Theisen, owner and installer for Grab Bar MN LLC.
With over 25 years of in-home service and sales, I’ve always enjoyed working with seniors. Over time, I saw firsthand how something as simple as a couple of well-placed grab bars can help someone continue living safely at home.
That’s what led me to start Grab Bar MN.
Simple solutions that make a real difference
I offer affordable, in-home safety solutions by installing grab/safety bars in trouble areas—such as the tub or shower, next to a bed, or even in a hallway or entryway.
While many falls happen in the bathroom, I’ve found that the right support in other areas of the home can make just as big of a difference.
Whether it’s in the bathroom, bedroom, or coming into the home, helping seniors and individuals with disabilities stay safe is something I take very seriously.

When you reach out, you’ll be working directly with me from start to finish.
I’ll talk with you about your needs, come out to your home, and help you figure out the best locations for grab bar installation based on your space and daily routine.
